I'm tired boss. Countless products built. Thousands of hours poured into side projects after work, weekends sacrificed, sleep destroyed, all with this fantasy that maybe one day my SaaS would finally take off and I could escape the 9–5. But every launch feels the same. 12 upvotes on Product Hunt. 3 users from Reddit. One guy asking for a lifetime deal. Another telling me “this would kill if marketed properly.” HOW DO YOU PEOPLE MARKET THIS STUFF??? I’ve added my project to every directory known to mankind. I’ve made Twitter posts, TikToks, cold DMs, SEO blogs nobody reads, indie hacker posts, launch videos, AI-generated screenshots, everything. Meanwhile some dude ships an AI wrapper called “PDF but smarter” and hits $40k MRR in 2 months.
